- Failure to follow these terms may mean immediate removal and exclusion from future KDMA events, with no refund.
- Busking and non-approved vending are prohibited. This is a private, organized event and unauthorized participants will be asked to leave and may face trespass enforcement.

- By submitting this form the vendor assumes all responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising from injury to any person, including customers or the vendor's agents, and for damage to the vendor's display, equipment, or other property brought onto the premises.
- The vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KDMA, the City of Kingman, the Kingman Chamber of Commerce, Beale Celebrations, and their agents, servants, and employees from any losses, damages, causes of action, suits, or claims arising out of the vendor's negligence.
Advertising and photography
- Vendors are responsible for promoting their own business, services, and products before, during, and after the event.
- Taking part does not guarantee sales, foot traffic, or exposure beyond the general promotion of the event itself, which markets the event as a whole and is not a substitute for your own marketing.
