A bazaar full of handmade Christmas.

The Mingle Jingle Christmas Bazaar is a free event open to the public, showcasing handmade holiday gifts in fabric, wood, ceramic, and glass. Exhibitors bring jewelry and clothing for adults and children, candles and soaps, jams, nuts, and baked goods, plus quilts, baby items, ornaments, outside food vendors, and more. Santa visits from 1 PM to 4 PM for photos with the kids.

The bazaar runs alongside the Very Merry Street of Lights on Beale Street the same evening, bringing foot traffic through downtown and in through the doors. Outside street vendors are welcome and keep different hours, set out in the rules below.

The day

Inside and outside keep different hours.

Inside vendors trade from 1 PM. Street vendors open at 5 PM alongside the Street of Lights.

  1. 11:00 AM Inside set up opens Beale Celebrations, back door entry only
  2. 1:00 PM Bazaar opens Inside vendors ready and trading
  3. 1:00 PM Santa arrives Photos with the kids until 4 PM
  4. 2:00 PM Outside set up opens Beale Street, until 3:30 PM
  5. 5:00 PM Street vendors open Alongside the Street of Lights
  6. 8:00 PM Event ends Vehicles may return for tear down
  7. 9:30 PM Spaces must be clear Trash, stock, tables, chairs, canopies

Food vendors

What we need before the event.

Your application is complete once all four are with us. Missing paperwork can mean denial or removal from the event without a refund.

  1. 1 Mohave County Health Permit, or a Cottage Food Program License, whichever applies
  2. 2 Arizona Food Handler's Manager Card
  3. 3 City of Kingman Business License
  4. 4 Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 general liability, listing as additional insured: Kingman Downtown Merchants Association (221 E Beale St), Fleischmann Investments / Beale Celebrations (c/o Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce, 309 E. Beale St), and the City of Kingman

Email them to kingmandowntownmerchantsassoc@gmail.com or drop them at KACC, 221 E Beale Street, Kingman. For temporary permits, call the Mohave County Health Department at 928-753-0714. You can also print the City of Kingman special event vendor permit.
